What materials are the jewelleries made of?
Our pieces are crafted from brass and finished with 18k gold, silver PVD plating or white rhodium plating, accented with premium-grade simulated gemstones and/or cubic zirconia selected for their exceptional brilliance and colour.
Designed to capture the elegance of fine jewellery, each piece offers a refined yet accessible interpretation of luxury. Due to the nature of these materials and the craftsmanship involved, slight variations may occur, and natural fading or tarnishing may develop over time.
How should I care for my Brionette Jewels & Co.’s pieces?
While our pieces are durable and designed for everyday wear, we recommend the following to help preserve their finish and extend their lifespan:
● Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
● Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other harsh chemicals.
● Store your piece in a dry, enclosed space away from humidity and direct sunlight.
● Clean gently with a soft cloth as needed.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Please note that some courier services may not be available for certain countries.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During
high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
● DHL: 3–4 business days
● Rayspeed: 5–7 business days
● Mitra: 8–10 business days
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Indonesia.
Will I pay duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return & Exchange Policy
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact returns@brionette.co within 7 days of receiving their order.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
● Unworn
● In original condition
● Returned in the original packaging
Please also ensure you record a video before unboxing, as this may be required to support any return or exchange request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are not issued before the returned item is received. Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, and the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, customers are required to return the original purchase first. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order separately.
Brionette Jewels & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please
review your order carefully before completing the checkout.
