RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact returns@brionette.co within 7 days of receiving their order.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
● Unworn
● In original condition
● Returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are not issued before the returned item is received. Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, and the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, customers are required to return the original purchase first. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order separately.
Brionette Jewels & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
