While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, Brionette Jewels & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or technical issues.
All orders are subject to availability.
Order Acceptance
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Brionette Jewels & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion,
this includes but not limited to:
● Payment authorization issues
● Suspected fraudulent activity
● Incorrect billing or shipping details
● Item unavailability
If payment has already been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Indonesia via DHL, Rayspeed, or Mitra.
Estimated Delivery Times
● DHL: 3–4 business days
● Rayspeed: 5–7 business days
● Mitra: 8–10 business days
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping service.
Some shipping methods may not be available for certain countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges
imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched, Brionette Jewels & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

● Customs clearance procedures
● Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Brionette Jewels & Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact returns@brionette.co within 7 days of receiving their order.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
● Unworn
● In original condition
● Returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are not issued before the returned item is received. Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, and the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, customers are required to return the original purchase first. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order separately.
Brionette Jewels & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
